Return Policy

At Shree Om Jari, we are committed to delivering premium-quality embroidery threads and textile yarns. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we are here to help.

Please read our Return Policy carefully before requesting a return.

1. Eligible Returns

You may request a return if:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product was damaged during shipping.
  • The quantity received differs from your confirmed order.

All return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.


2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • All labels, tags, and invoices must be intact.
  • The product should be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined after inspection.


3. Products Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used or partially used thread spools.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or storage.
  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Bulk orders accepted without any reported issue at the time of delivery.
  • Products with normal variations in color, finish, or texture resulting from the manufacturing process.
  • Clearance, sale, or promotional products unless they are damaged or incorrectly supplied.

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support with:

  • Order Number
  • Customer Name
  • Contact Number
  • Reason for Return
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • Invoice or proof of purchase

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.


5. Return Approval

Once your request is verified:

  • We will provide return instructions.
  • The returned product will be inspected by our quality team.
  • If approved, we will process a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Shree Om Jari reserves the right to reject any return request that does not comply with this policy.


6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged product), the return shipping cost may be borne by Shree Om Jari.
  • If the return is requested for reasons not covered under this policy, return shipping charges will be the customer's responsibility.

7. Inspection Process

After receiving the returned product, our quality team will inspect it to verify:

  • Product condition
  • Manufacturing defects (if any)
  • Packaging condition
  • Eligibility under this Return Policy

The inspection process usually takes 2–5 business days after the product is received.


8. Replacement or Refund

Once the inspection is completed and the return is approved:

  • A replacement product will be shipped if available.
  • If a replacement is not possible, the eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method as per our Refund Policy.

9. Damaged Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged:

  • Inspect it immediately upon delivery.
  • Take clear photos or videos before opening the package.
  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
