Refund & Return Policy
At Shree Om Jari, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to supplying premium-quality embroidery threads and textile yarns. If you experience any issue with your order, please review our Refund & Return Policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received an incorrect product.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The product was damaged during transit.
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- Original packaging, labels, and invoice must be retained.
- The product must not have been altered or used.
2. Non-Returnable Products
For quality and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned:
- Opened or used thread spools.
- Products damaged due to improper handling or storage.
- Customized or special-order products.
- Clearance, discounted, or promotional items (unless damaged or incorrectly supplied).
- Bulk orders that have been accepted after delivery, unless a verified manufacturing defect exists.
3. Return Request Process
To request a return, please contact our customer support with:
- Order Number
- Customer Name
- Contact Number
- Reason for Return
- Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
4. Inspection & Approval
Once the returned product is received, it will undergo a quality inspection.
If the return is approved, we will process either:
- A replacement product, or
- A refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.
Shree Om Jari reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
5. Refund Process
If your refund is approved:
- The refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- Processing time is typically 5–7 business days after approval.
- The actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/incorrect product.
6. Replacement Policy
Where applicable, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
Replacement products will be dispatched after the returned item has been inspected and approved by our quality team.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, customers must follow the Return Policy after delivery, if eligible.
For bulk or customized orders, cancellation requests may not be accepted once production has started.
8. Damaged Shipments
If your package appears damaged during delivery:
- Check the package before accepting it.
- Take clear photos or videos of the damaged package.
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
This helps us coordinate with the courier partner and resolve your claim quickly.
9. Refund Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Incorrect product selection by the customer.
- Normal variations in thread color, finish, or texture due to manufacturing tolerances.
- Damage caused by improper storage, handling, or usage.
- Products returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.
- Return requests submitted after the specified return period.
